2. Overview
We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries. We use no analytics or tracking tools and no cookies that are not technically necessary.
3. Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by Lovable. When you visit it, the hosting provider processes access data for technical reasons, for example IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). To our knowledge, processing takes place mainly in Europe. Processing in third countries, such as the USA, cannot be ruled out. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, for example standard contractual clauses.
4. Contact form and contact
If you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, company (optional) and message to answer your enquiry. The details are sent to us as an email through this website's backend. Delivery runs through the email service of our hosting provider. Form data is not stored permanently in a database of the website. The delivery log contains only technical details such as status and our own recipient address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete your enquiry once it has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention duties apply. The same applies to enquiries by email or phone.
5. Fonts
The font "Baloo Chettan 2" is hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is made.
6. Video
The video on the home page is hosted on our own hosting. No data is sent to video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo.
7. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and no tracking services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
8. External links
This website links to www.itrustpartnering.com. Once you click, the privacy notice of that site applies.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent at any time. Please write to dhulme@itrustpartners.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
